I recieved an E-mail sying that I won $2,000,000. Advise on how to claim?

The UK LOTTO is asking me for a shipping cost but i don't know the procedures. Please give me an advise.

This is a scam if you send them any money you will not hear from them again. I would be deleting that email very fast if I were you.

It's definetely a scam as it has been already said. You don't just win money, hey here's 2 million dollars, tell me your account number to deliver'em. There are thousands of e-mails like yours being sent by spammers/scammers hoping somone will actually send them money for 'shipping'. Just delete this mail (btw I've just 'won' a free trip to South Africa, I gotta send $100 to pay for my hotel bill, money that I'll get back "of course"). Damn scammers :P
