how long can you control your release of energy?

this is for guys only, how long can you release it, sometimes it is hard to control it.me sometimmes just for 3 mins. sometimes i can control it for 10 mins.. most of the time 5 mins. how about you? any suggestions so i could hold for another 10 mins.

Not long man. I know how you feel. I've tried thinking of other stuff but if she has it thats it.

yeah,,sometimes once in a blue moon we can control it but the saddest part most of the time i cant..hehehe but the second round of course it will stay long to release coz were tired or something..you know when i was in a age of 16 to 24 yrs, i could range up to 9 rounds a day..well now 3 rounds im so tired and i just want to sleep.hehehe,anyways thanks man for the reply
