What will happen to the US citizen if outsourcing is continued like this?

I am not understanding what will happen in US if the outsourcing will be continued liek this.

For sure they will loose their jobs, why? Outsourcing is one way to transfer technology little by little. When they made a complete transfer, that third country will produce that products and of course the price will cheaper than USA product, so for buyer of course they will buy cheaper product with same quality. Finally US citizen will have no jobs.
