Do casual dress codes improve workplace morale?

yes i think that casual dress codes can improve the workplace morale. if girls will not wear provocative dresses and those dresses that fit so tightly in their bodies then there will be less assaults and molestations as there are less provocating factors for that. i think it is also used to maintain the integrity and proffesionalism of a particular workplace. also to imply on the workers that they are respectable and dignified.

Dress code it's a must. Not using spaghetti tank top, tube dress, or something that too tight.
