Like the first person said, most tea is rather good for you. Iced tea doesn't quite have the same benfits, but it still has some. Green tea is one of the best hot teas to drink though for health reasons.

I don't believe that tea could make some one being addicted to it. I am a loyal consumer to tea and as long as I feel even I've habituated to drink tea I have no problem to leave it for another drink.
Instead, tea have so many advantage for human body like reduce the risk of cancer, heart-attack, constipation, anti-aging and another benefit.

I drink at least 2 cups a day too, because I really like it. I don't think it's bad for your health, and especially not if it's green tea. You need to drink enough a day to stay healthy anyway, and as green tea contains antioxidants it's extra healthy. Of course tea also contains caffeine, which is a little addicting, but it hasn't really bad side-effects if you drink with moderation. 1 or 2 cups daily can't hurt I think.
