How often do you eat fast food?

It seems everything nowadays is a rush and no one has time to sit down to eat a meal! My wife and I try to cook together 3 or 4 times a week instead of just picking up fast food! How often do you pick up fast food instead of cooking?

Usually once a week, it used to be a lot more than that but since the first of the year I've been trying to eat healthier and avoid greasy fatty food.

yeah, I too am trying to cut back on eating fast food and start eating more healthy foods!

well i just love fast food.i eat fast food most of the times when i am not at my home. i am kind of addicted to fast food . i eat faast food a lot and i want to try to reduce it else it would affect my health. everyone should try to eat fast food as less as possible
