Does anyone know a recipe for trinchada?

I used to live in South Africa and went to a few portuguese restaurants, one of the things they had on the menu and I loved was a dish called trinchada, it was basically beef in a type of gravy and think it had olives in it, I have been desparately craving this and scoured the internet for a recipe so I could have a go at making it myself but to no avail. Does anyone have a recipe or can tell me how to make this? thanks
