Im not normally a breakfast eater. I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What do you normally eat for breakfast, or do you skip it like me. My breakfast is usually a multivitamin and orange juice lol. What about you all? Thanks for your replies!

I prefer my breakfast simple and not too heavy. A cereal and yogurt are my favorite because it is very easy to prepare and it keeps me until lunch. I read an article online that says "breakfast will kickstart metabolism and digestion." since I have a very slow metabolism and poor digestive system I have to be picky with what I eat and also cautious of the amount of food that I eat. I try not to eat between meals and I'm quite okay now. With the help of activated charcoal I have never felt so comfortable.

I am trying to eat breakfast because I hear it'll help you lose weight. I used to skip it. I try to eat fruit, cereal, or eggs.

If i can eat breakfast at morning, i love to eat fried rice with scramble egg and chocolate milk. I do love "arroz caldo" with boiled egg and coffee.

I do think that breakfast is our most important meal of the day. It sets the pace for everything else. While I am usually crunched for time in the morning (so having the great buffet style breakfast is out of the question.) I do try to fit in something quick and healthy...plus my every single morning can of Coke or Pepsi. LOL
Most mornings, my breakfast consists of a yogurt smoothie --usually the pre-made ones from the yogurt section of the grocery store. If I have a few extra minutes, I make my own with orange juice and low-fat yogurt or frozen yogurt. Every now and then, I will have a bagel with low-fat cream cheese.
When I don't have to go to work, I will try other things. Some weekends, I will have bacon and waffles or pancakes. This past weekend, I had tenderloin and biscuits...a rare treat for breakfast.
Oh...on a rare occasion...cold, leftover pizza! :)

for weekdays i usually go with glass of fresh milk , soft pretzel with jam or honey mustard dip and a pc of banana or sometimes a bowl of oatmeal with milk and apple. for days without office hurry-ups i can have a sumptuous breakfast of rice , scrambled egg and bacon or pork tocino or corned beef and a fruit bowl or yogurt.

Me and the whole family always take breakfast every morning. Sometime we take bread, omelet, or also some time eat fried rice in the morning. But it is a must, especially for the kids who have to go to school. I always told them that they have to eat their breakfast before the go to school. That's the rule.

Well most mornings yeah!
but the few that just cant eat so early in the morning :(
im just not hungry! ill usually make the kids/hubby what they want or if they have cereal then great! while im sipping my coffee.
im more of a Brunch eater -More towards lunch time - i work from home so im not usually in a rush to get off anywhere -so ill usually have an omlett with yogurt after with my coffee, or a chefs salad ( with deli meats) hard boiled eggs with coffee.
OR if im really NOT hungry at all! - ill mix up a protein shake with banana or fruit it fills me UP SO MUCH that most times i dont eat again till dinner :)
