Look to see that the school is accredited by the NCAA. This is an association that holds schools to national educational standards. And, start from the end. In other words, look at the employers you hope to work for in the future.
If you want to work for a multi-national corporation, look for a school that has a strong international business program in place. If you want to work in a certain industry, like textiles, telecommunications, or transportation and logistics, research those industries. Find out which schools a majority of the executives at these companies attended. This should help you narrow the field to find a degree that will meet your needs at a school that provides the high-quality education you are seeking. There are many schools that are "good in" business and marketing. You want a school that specializes in the kind of business you are interested in doing.
