We have a dog, her name is Brownie (like the chocolate dessert). She'll be 2 years old in June, not exactly sure when in June, but the veterinarian's best guess was that she was born sometime in June. Anyhow, we have a deck attached to the back of our house and that is where we found her(or she found us, I'm not sure who found who really lol). She was hiding under the deck and barking and whining her little head off! I'm very glad we've got her! She was less than 2 months old when she wandered into our lives and she's brought us so much joy! I'll have to post a pic of her on my profile so that you can see her. She's gorgeous! She has blondish, reddish, brownish colored fur. Thanks for reading my babble! lol I hope you have a good day! :)

I've had my daisy girl since she was a puppy. I knew she was the perfect dog for me right when I saw her. She was born on the exact day of my birthday. So we have the same b-days. She's almost 11 years old now. Ive had her since I was 11 years old and I have no idea what I would do without her.

My dog Wallie is just over 1 year old now.I got him when he was about 5 month.I had been looking for a Boxer for a while until I found this rescue here in Texas....they didn't even charge me for him.I made a donation anyways....simply because there are not enough non-profit orginaztions of it's kind and I think we should support the ones that do exist.

My dog is 8 years old currently, and she's a golden retriever. What's sad is she has seizures every once in awhile and her muscles are getting so weak that she takes half a minute to stand up after laying down. Even worse she slipped down a flight of stairs at my house last month.

My fiance and I have a beautiful siberian husky female named Kya. She will be 2 years old this April and we've had her since she was 7 weeks old. We got her online from a pet service that was recommended by our vet. We love her soo much and I can't believe how much she's grown.

My minature dachshund is a 15 year old female black and tan. I received her for my Birthday, she was born one day after my Birthday. I received her at the age of 5 weeks and she is so much a part of the family now. She had a husband who passed away last year, he was 9 and was a red minature dachshund. They had 5 litters of puppies together, each litter had at least 5 puppies. Some of them were 7 puppies. I LOVED breeding the two and watching them play house together.

HI, I reckon I might be talking about my 2 dogs on here alot too. I have a 2yr old female pitbull and a 11 month old male shar-pai. Nobody wanted to take the pitbull so we took her in before she was sent to a shelter, she is a great dog and loves her new shar-pai friend.I have had both since they were only weeks old.

I've had 3 dogs at once. I just sold one - a Siberian Husky - because we just couldn't take her disobeying us constantly. She refused to listen for her own good, so we sold her to someone who meshed well with her. But we got her at 6 weeks and had her up until a week ago Tuesday (on the 23rd), she was 9 months (she'll be 10 months old on the 11th).
Now we still have our 2 dobermans. Both are boys and they are brothers. Red and rust, most beautiful boys you'll ever imagine (I do have a picture of them, it's not current, but it was after their ear cropping, maybe several weeks after it). I'll have to post an updated picture of them on my profile so you can see them. We got the first one at 8 weeks and the other one at 9 1/2 weeks. The day after I got the second one, they both went into the vet to get the cropping done. They are now 7 month old (on the 11th they will be 8 months old). We found them in the paper and spent $400 for the first one and $275 for the second and then $500 on them for their ear cropping. All in a matter of a week and a half! Let's see that total comes to $1175. Gosh, I never even thought of that until now! Ouch! But I love them and I don't even regret getting them. You should hear them now, it's 1:30am and they are outside barking at nothing! LOL!!!!!!!

My Maltese ShihTzu Mitzie is at least 16. We've only had her for the past year as we kind of "adopted" her as she had nowhere else to go. She was originally a pet of a little old lady and they'd both lived in a nursing home for 14 years but unfortunately the ladies health and mental stableness rapidly declined and she was moved into a hospice ... where dogs are not allowed. Considering her age, she spends a good portion of the day sleeping [either in her bed or on a lap] and my 3 year old loves her to bits. We've known since we've had her that she's got a heart murmur but she just keeps kicking on [although she gave us a scare just before christmas]. We might not have had her for her whole life but it's nice that she's spent a small portion of it with us.

I have a Yorkie, he is 8 years old. I bought him as a puppy...He was about 1.3lbs, now he is a whooping 6.5lbs...hehehe...
I was actually going to look at a Min-Pin, and saw him...He was so full of energy from the jump and captured my heart...
I'm actually happy I got him instead..I don't know what I do without my Tyger...

I have 4 dogs. Scotty is the oldest, he is 11 and we got him when he was 6 because the people who had him were abusing him so we rescued him. Jasper is 7 and we had him since he was 2 months old. You should have seen him when he was a pup. He couldn't even jump on the furniture and now he is huge. I have pictures but my scanner is broke and can't afford a new one right now. But believe me as soon as I get a new one I will be posting some pics on here. Fluff is 4 and we got her as a pup too. Someone dropped her off on our bridge in front of our driveway. And last but not least there is Freckles. She is Jasper and Fluff's puppy and she is 2 years old. I watched her come into this world. She is my baby! I also have 8 cats and have had all of them since they were kittens. they were born right in front of me. :)

I have a two year old husky and we've had him since he was a puppy. Raising him from so little was rough, since we'd never had a puppy before, but it was worth it, getting to watch him grow and learn and become the beautiful boy he is today.

Our first and major dog is Tami, short for Tamilat, which means audacity, but it is not a polite word in our dialect (it has a vulgar connotation) so we shortened it. She was named that because as a puppy she seemed to be confident of acceptance. She followed my sister's boyfriend home from school one day when she was a tiny puppy, and since he couldn't find the owner, he brought her to us and she's been with us for five years now. She's just a mongrel with a sort of light fawn color and could fit on my palm when she first arrived; now she's a lot bigger, plump and pretty and very sweet.
Tami was soon joined by Witchy (my younger brother likes Harry Potter), Gerald Anderson (my mother is a fan of the teen star Gerald Anderson, who came from our city) and then Witchy's puppy Inggo (from the TV series Super Inggo). Except for Inggo, they are all strays who found their way to us.
