social work in india

can someone help me with this? i'm told there are NGOs in india who allow you to choose the kind of work you do as social work. i'm interested in teaching young kids. also i'm told some of these agencies give you packages wherein you are allowed to teach for 2 to 3 weeks and they give you a weeklong break. these are, i'm told active in south india. wouldnt even mind working for them permanently. can some one help plz
