why the web speed is so slowly

dear all, do you find the web spped is so slowly, many timei must spend ten minuses or more time toreply one post, but i can open other web site within ten second, who can tell me why

hi!
There are various reason I can site:
First it depends on the internet provider you are using.
If you are a dial up then it is slower compare to the monthly bill or the dsl.
Try to close other windows that is not in use try to open 2 sites so it will not took you that long to open sites.
