What time do you go to bed every night? how many hours do you sleep? do you sleep soundly, relaxing completely? how is your bed and the bedroom - is it filled with fluffy soft bed and pillows, furry blankets, to help you sleep well, in luxury? with dim lights?
yes, i do have soft blankets and duvets with soft pillows, but the lights are rather bright. of course i put them off before going to bed. but i just sleep around 5 hours - i guess it's not enough. what do YOU say?

Well about my sleeping time , i can't give you the exactly time
In normal days i do not sleep for 2 or 3 day's (You can say it's bad , but it doesn't have any side effect on me)
and when i sleep , i sleep about 3~5 hours (i need about 1 hour till i sleep) so the real sleeping time is about 2~4
and about my bed , i like it soft and warm ;)
And about your sleeping time (5 hours) it's looks enough for me :}
and thanks for making this discussion , it's really nice one :D

I don't really have to look at my sleeping time
its regular in my family (Some good genes ,i guess ) my grandfather and some of us are able to stay without sleeping for few days and we don't need to much hours to sleep :}
and if you are wondering about the time i spend it when i am not sleeping i just do stuff like coding , finishing books , start reading others and like this ...
and that's all what i have to say :]

look the i go to bed doesnt matters to me, but i atleast sleep for about 6 hours.according to scientists a minimun sleep of 6 hours is necessary, and a maximum of 8 hours a day.if one sleeps for more that 8 hours a days he may feel lazyness for the whole day.and according to me sleep is not the only thing which is going to make effect on your beauty,the important thing is food. if u will eat a lot of oily and fatty food then it will be the cause of pimples and other problems also.so sleep is not a major factor. u take examples of film stars, they work a lot sleep less and take a proper low fat and oil diet and thats keep them fit healty and beautiful..
