To become a big Boss….

What do you think that is useful to make to become a Boss on your workplace? I think that the first rule has to be that you have never to disagree with any of the current Bosses. It is better to have not a lot of enthusiasm, initiative, dynamic, because you will never become a boss easily with these conditions. Sometimes this behaviour can appear not convenient for the company, but it will be convenient for you. What do you think about this?
