Right now I am having lite wheat toast and coffee. Not my favorite but it is easy on the waistline. Cold pizza is my favorite breakfast meal.

MMMMM! Cold pizza for breakfast is the bomb diggedy! It does not matter if it is leftover tombstone or pizza hut. It is the greatest.

Since I can no longer consume gluten, I would have to say my favorite breakfast meal is good old fashioned bacon and eggs with a side of fried potatoes!

Special K or Nutri Grain topped off with yoghurt and sometimes fruit as well. Although in the winter I quite like having porridge for a bit of a change on really cold mornings. :)
