if i was bush?

If i was bush I would have allowed saddam to rule Iraq. Saddam did actually manage Iraq much better thangwb.At least he kept his people much more content day by day than the people of Iraq right now.Bush knows the so called war on teror is not being won, and Iraq is really messed up now in truth, Saddam did a much better job in maintaing the security of his people.
