Within you complete your college course,lot of companies come for placements.
Now, in-vogue jobs like call centres,BPO and medical transcription have made getting a job a lot easier.They only weigh your speaking skills and typing skills.
Still why many people don't get a job is because of lack of self confidence.
Confidence and determination can take you through ladder of success......What do you say?????????????
Isn't getting a job easy??????????????

it depends if your picky.
i too work at a call center. but my qualification doesn't really need to be fluent in english as long as you speak it. since i'm not in the floor, nor do i take calls.
I need typing skills though and logic to get a script done (SQL script that is!)... it's an IT thinggy.
some don't have jobs because some are not confident enough to speak a foreign language. let's face it, like where i'm from (philippines) i have lots of friends who are successful in their own way but do find it hard to speak english fluently.
some doesn't like the idea of working off hours.
it's really in the mind set. :)
