why people dont like each other?

IS it the expectations from other to get what is not available and not getting it makes ne unhappy iwth other?
I am finding more and more people unhappy with their close friend/relative including my own family members.
what can be done to bring people together.
Is there a way to do my bound duties and knowingly not doing it
How to reduce gap?
