Is it okay for a Older Widow (Pastor) to date a Younger man in her Congregation

I would like to know the responce of fellow my lots on the issue of a Older Widow a pastor (49) with about One Thousand Congregation to date and get married to a younger man (40) who is also a member of her congregation.
I will love response to pour in cause it is like a phenomenon now. what do you think.

I don't really think it's any of the congregations business who the pastor falls in love with, unless he's a criminal, pedophile or something. Love is what it is...love. Age is just a state of mind, what matters more is how they treat each other and if they're mentally on the same page. Some 40 year old men are far more mature than some 60 year old men, that's for her to decide. Anything coming from the congregation that is negative should be construed as gossip, and that's not the job of them to be judgemental. I believe judgement is reserved for God to mete out, not fellow church goers. If they haven't learned that lesson, then they haven't been paying attention in church (just my humble lil ole opinion, lol)

Well i don't think that there's anything wrong in dating a younger man when your a widowed pastor of that age. It can be dangerous depending on how physical they are with each other. Other than that it is just normal......
