Any Malaysian knows how to withdraw PayPal funds in Malaysia. Few months back there is a solutions called Accent debit card where you can withdraw right away in your ATM machine. But, that solutions now looked like not possible since it's got bankrupt. Anyone? Please help since I believe a lot of Malaysians have money in their PayPal account!

There are many companies that provide debit cards for you to cash out paypal all around the world (including malaysia). If you buy this debit card, you can cash out the money at almost every ATM which has Visa/Mastercard logo on it. But the only (and seems to be) the biggest problem is that, you have to pay for this debit card, which is expensive, plus its monthly fee. Not worth it if you only about to have around $10 to $20 a month on your paypal account.

thre's no other way for u to cash it out here in Malaysia.All u can do is open an account in singapore and cash it out from there.Paypal is not helping us fella Malaysian.Hoefully they will change their policies soon.

sorry i don't know other ways except, you got a US bank account. Moreover, you also can verified you bank account using one of the bank in singapore..i also forget the name of the bank. If you got somebody in singapore, you problem will solve easily.
