I did not know that the only animal without a gall bladder is the horse! How interesting! How did you find out this information?

Well they would not really need the gall bladder because they're not eating any fats, usually grass. Gall bladder is a storage area for bile which contain bile salts and other substances. Bile salts are very important fat emulsifiers that is, they help accelerate the breakdown of fats so I guess they would not need it. Though this is very interesting that some animals don't have gall bladder.
