I bought one and yes I did loose a little(not 2 inches), but I am guessing it was mostly water. The next days I used it, it is less than the first day. The funny thing is, I find it very relaxing now. I can use it for the approved time and go to bed and fall right to sleep. Must be a common sensation, because the one I bought has a timer for automatic shut off in case you fall asleep.

Well, I did not try the Sauna belts. But I highly doubt that it's effective. Maybe it will help to lose some water weight.

If you want a short term fix use sauna belts. I would'nt recommend it as a susbtitute for exercising though.

temporarily maybe (and by temporarily i mean a few days, hours or even minutes) but in the long run, i highly doubt it. most of them just make you sweat thus, it's water you loose not fat.

I bought one and I did sweat a ton out but not much else. I figured it might do a little here and there so I kept wearing it. Last night on our local news show we watched a product test on it. The used the tape measure that comes with it and they did a fat pinching test. They had some sort of accurate tool to tell if anything was lost. Surprise, Surprise. Nothing was lost. The test person was just sweaty. Now I may not be losing any weight but it gives off a lot of heat and when my back is aching is works wonders. I wouldnt say it was worthless, but if you are looking for weight loss Id pass on this one. Hope this helps.
