how long do you usually take to get over a relationship?

It depends on how long I've been with the guy and it depends on how intense our relationship... Just like my ex bf whom I was with for 8yrs., it took me almost 2 years to recover cause my life already revolved around him. I thought I can never get over it but I'm happy to let you know that I did. ;););)

it depends with the kind of guy that i have been out with. i had an ex who was like the devil's son and i even felt so relieved breaking up with him, so it really just took me a couple of days to get over it. But i've seen friends of mine that went really heart broken over the relationship that has just ended and based from them, it really took them a long time before healing or having fully recovered with the break up and get over the relationship.

it takes me a very very long time. last time was about 3 years before i got over my then bf. but the good thing about taking that long is when i'm ready for a new relationship, i'm definitely ready, without any baggages. plus somehow, everytime i love somebody new, i love that person more than i loved the one before him.

probably it will last until you find someone. If you're alone, it will probably take longer or probably not at all. That's why we go for rebounds.
