how long do you boil lamb or goat

How long do you boil meats like lamb or goat to make them extremely tender . Here i am taking a plunge to attempt to cook goat and i have no idea how long i should boil it to be tenderized. I am contemplating on letting boil for hours.

i usually let is simmer for about 6-8 hours thats if you want it so tindr that it just falls off the bones, you can do that in the oven or on stove top i perfer the oven...

Shukran, i will try that inshallah, I would not want it any other way but to fall off the bone, nice and tender. Asalaam Alaikum
