who is important a mom who has given birth or the one who btings up???

hey friends i need you alls suggestion. what you think is right. i have a friend who is been given birth by a mom who has never taken care of her and from her childhood she is been staying with a woman who took care of her that much that the girl is well settled in her life. but as she is well settled everybody is behind her. whom should she choose her real parents or the woman who has taken care of her all through her life?

It depends on the situation. I think both the moms should live together and live with the child.
