an irresponsible husband...not a good provider

We are already married for almost 9 years this 2007. I love him and we have 3 kids. The only problem is that he is not a good provider. It's me who's bringing in more money in our family, although he pays for the rental and electric bill and quite sometime the tuition fees but it's late most of the time. That's why we are always in a hurry to meet the deadlines. He has a motor shop of his own but it's not that good compared to a job having a fixed income. I am trying to understand him but most of the time, money is always the start of our discussions and fights. Please pray that this will be a better year for us, Year of the Pig, this is our year.
