Years ago i would have said cola, but when you realise how much sugar is in it you ask yourself "what is it doing to my insides?". I saw somewhere a person put a nail in a glass of cola and left it for a while - when the nail was taken out, it was badly corroded. plus, my dentist told me to stop.
I went onto fruit juice for a while - then the dentist told me it was bad for your teeth too!
I thought about drinking other drinks such as iced tea - and came to the conclusion that the dentist wouldnt approve. so now i drink water... the dentist doesnt tell me off and i get to keep my teeth :D !!!!!!!

Oh no! I dare not speculate the result of my drinking cola and tea.lol! But hey, life is short. So I won't hold back.=D Who knows, maybe in the future they will figure out how to make teeth grow perfect so that we may all experience life without fears of cavities.lol!

Okay, I have to admit, I'm not the healthiest eater/drinker in the world. Cola is definitely my favorite of the options you have listed here.
I do also enjoy iced tea once in a while, with lots of sugar. Fruit juice is nice sometimes too, but I'd really rather just eat fruit than drink fruit juice if I have any fruit at hand. Fruit juice loses some of the "healthy" value of fruit anyway, as it doesn't include much of the fiber that is in fruit.
