how many hours do you spend online in one day?

i used to be the type of person who can be online the whole day, which includes chatting with friends, reading news, checking emails, and downloading. i am 28 now, working and recently got married so am trying to minimize it by going online for 2 hours or less every night. since i joined mylot, and seeing the points of other members, am just wondering how long they are online to accomplish those points. how many hours do you spend online in one day?

im online the whole day... abt 18 hrs as rest of time im sleeping :)).
