If Everyone Were Given Money, Would There Still Be Crime?

What if the Government (your government of your country) gave each adult person $20,000 or the equivalent of what it is possible to live on for one year in your country. Each year they would get this amount and then anything they earned from their jobs would be extra. Do you think it would cut down on crime and violence and hunger? There would still be a need for commerece and jobs so the economy would still be stable wouldn't it.

Man does not limit his desires. He wants more , more , more and more.
If u give people 20000$ , they would think of how to double it by unfair means.
Crimes will increase at an alarming rate
