how do you get friends on mylot

im a new user and im just wandering how to get people on my friends list and how does this benefit me. I have read over the rules and about friends but im still unsure and i dont want to make a mistake.

Hi lisa101, welcome to myLot. Hopefully someone who's expert and has been around in myLot for quite sometimes, would answer your question about this. I myself can be considered as a newbie. I have no clue if you would benefit anything from adding lots of friends. For all I know, when you give 'quality' response on a discussion you will get something. Also when you are uploading picture or photo on the interests section. Plus when you give more rating to people, you are contributing something for the other person. Wish you all the best with myLot.

By working hard, or giving your knowledge to your friend, or also could give referal you, you were lucky your friend then same. But I tried personally although mylot now many of his rules.

If you see someone that you would like to be your friend, just send them a friend request. They may or may not accept you. When I first started, I posted on many discussions and people just started requesting to be my friend. I think friends are very helpful because they tend to comment on your discussions.
