Racism or discrimination!

Have you exprienced any racism or discrimination issue? It may be an issue on your age, gender or at work. I have! I don't know if it is exactly racism but I think it is. I worked in the office and our new manager was picking on the old employees particularly me. I know my job and I dont't need that much supervision but I don't know what the hell he wants from me. He started giving me responsibilities which I think is too much for me and I know that's not in my job description. Besides, I don't get paid that much to do everything. I'm a Filipina and he's Mexican. I cannot stand him so I just transfered to another location to avoid him.
