What do you think about when G.W. Bush says he wants to put more Troops for Iraq

I don't understand why he wants more troops over there. What are we doing there? My son in law is there now and I want him and all the other to come home safe. I think the job needs to get done. Aren't there enough over there already to do what needs to be done and come home? What is the reason for sending over more troops now? Why weren't enough troops sent over to accomplish the task at hand? I don't like the sound of it when we say withdraw the troops cause it sounds like we didn't accomplish anything and we gave up. I would say take more action get the job done (nuke Irag) not that I like the sound of that one either and let our military troops come home and protect our country from here.
