Domestic Abuse, does IDAP work? I will say YES!

I know it does, having been a participant myself, it made me face the root of my troubles and now I am a more compassionate person all round. I was on the IDAP course for 9 months and served 2 years, having gone into the program really wanting to put things right (within myself) i fully grasped the opportunity and feel I made great progress because i WANTED it to work. You may read this and think i deserved what i get and yes i did, or see me as an example that you can get through these things. You really can 're-program' you thought patterns to get a more productive results.
