Yoga or Pilates?

I want to start doing a little working out and getting in shape. I'm thinking about either a yoga or pilates type workout. I'm going to start jogging in the spring and I also do some crunches. I am looking for something that will work on stretching and flexibility of all muscles...I don't need to lose any weight. Which do you think would be better or do you think there is something else I should try?
