Do you take medicine? What methods have you been using to control and or get off of it. I just got off my Rx that I have been on for 3 years.

Yes, I take medication for high blood pressure. Unfortunately, I will be on it the rest of my life since my high BP was an unusual side effect of some surgery I had. Prior to the surgery, I had no BP issues at all.

Sorry to hear that. Did your dr's give you any ideas as to how to control it other ways? I was on it because of poor health and high cholestrol etc. I started doing this cleansing system in April and was off the meds by August. I am so glad as I was having a hard time losing weight being on it. I feel so much better without now.

Awww, it's ok. The medication doesn't bother me at all. It is a just life. Fortunately, I am healthier than most people half my age so I can't complain. My cholesterol has always been normal and I have no health issues other than the high blood pressure (which is totally controlled by a low dosage) and migraines (also due to the same surgery and now under control). So, all in all, I am luckier than many. :)

I am glad to hear that your healthy. That is so important. I on the other hand was not. I started looking into cleansing and toxins and how they affect the body and it has helped so much. That is how I got off the meds.
