I think I would have taken the poor little guy into the store and had one of the checkers or the manager page the father over the intercom. Then I would've waited with the boy until the lout showed up. Imagine the father trying to explain to everyone, without making himself look like more of a loser than he already had, why his son was left outside to fend for himself.

I would have taken him inside and had one of the workers call the police. I'm a kid person so I probably wouldn't have left his side until I knew he was ok. I think some parents really need to be more responsible for their kids. What did you end up doing about it?

That's not right that no one is responding to this. Doesn't anyone care about the welfare of they're kids anymore?

These situations are always embarassing for guys because other passer by will think you must have doen something bad to the kid or you want to take him away. If i were you, I will stay with the kid and try to stop him crying ,,may be buy him a lolly ,,,or....whatever i can do...Then i will try to figure out where does he liveif he does not want to go to the police station.

it's a bit pity you are too far to find my house cos i lost my mum too and i'm going to cry right now, however if you want you can buy me a ice cream instead of lolly, well i think you are the only one respond to this one after my dear friend so i'm going to let you have it,how did you find it?
