I am always looking for new ideas and food to try. Here is a recipe everyone has to try. Smoked Whitefish Salad 1 whole hot-smoked whitefish 1/4 cup whipping cream 1/4 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon minced chives freshly grated horseradish salt and pepper Please share some of your recipe ideas. Skin and bone whitefish. In a large mixing bowl, whip cream until stiff. Stir in sour cream and chives. Crumble whitefish into cream mixture. Fold in horseradish to taste. Season with pepper and salt. Enjoy!
