AN ARABIAN PROVERB GOES, "HE WHO HAS HEALTH HAS HOPE, AND HE WHO HAS HOPE HAS EVERYTHING" PART. HERE ARE SOME TIPS YOU CAN DO TO KEEP HEALTHY:
1. MOVE MORE. MAKE THIS DAILY CHALLENGE FOR YOU. CLIMB STAIRS, CHASE YOUR KIDS AROUND, TOSS BALLS WITH FRIENDS. WHATEVER IT IS, JUST WORK AT FINDING WAYS TO MOVE YOUR BODY.
2. CUT FAT. TES, THAT INCLUDES HAMBURGER. AVOID FRIED FOODS AND GET DAIRY PRODUCTS IN LOW FAT VERSIONS.
3. REDUCE STRESS. YOU CAN PRAY, READ A BOOK, WATCH A FUNNY MOVIE OR THINK POSITIVE THOUGHTS. SPEND 30 MINUTES A DAY DOING SOMETHING YOU LIKE. THERE ARE MANY STRESS BUSTERS AROUND.
4. PROTECT YOURSELF FROM POLLUTION. YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO TOTALLY DO THIS UNLESS YOU CHANGE CITY BUT YOU CAN AVOID SMOKE-FILLED ROOMS, HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS, AND HAVE LOTS OF PLANTS AROUND YOU.
5. FLOSS YOUR TEETH. NOBODY KNOWS WHY BUT RECENT STUDIES HAVE SHOWN DIRECT CONNECTION BETWEEN FLOSSING AND LONGEVITY.
6. KEEP A POSITIVE MENTAL OUTLOOK. THIS GOES W/O SAYING, DONT YOU THINK?
7. CHOOSE YOUR PARENTS WELL. JUST BECAUSE ONE OF YOUR PARENTS MAY HAVE DIED YOUNG DOESN'T MEAN YOU CANNOT COUNTERACT THE GENETIC POOL HANDED DOWN TO YOU. FOLLOW THREE BASIC TIPS AND YOU CAN HAVE A HEALTHIER FUTURE AHEAD OF YOU.
