I think you r absolutely wrong, I think that every individual that attends college or school has a right to use their mobles in class. I mean how else are they meant to communicate with their friends outside of the classroom if they don't have a mobile?
Also, mobiles are useful in cases of emmergencies, as if there was a fire in my college I would straight away know to call my mother, where as if I didin't have a mobile phone in college I wouldn't.

actually in school, we learn new things that's why we go study to be educated. i don't think that mobile phones should be banned in school. we can educate students on how to use them properly like changing it profile to silence when in class. mobiles are very important and we use that to communicate, especially for emergency purposes. its the school and parents that must help their students/children how to be responsible.

A mobile phone? If so I have never heard of this being allowed. I think that is crazy also, their is no need for it when they are their to learn. In the event of an emergency at home, the school should be contacted. However, If a student is dropped off from a bus somewhere, and has to walk home it would be good for safety, but turn them off at school totally!
