which network you prefer most Global system for mobile or CDMA or TDMA which one

GSM is a better network but CDMA is better technology and all GSM networks are using a form of CDMA for their 3g networks

CDMA is better for protection of your calls not being easily detected by anybody else than you.
TDMA is employed in GSM. GSM is combination of TDMA and FDMA as a result better than GSM.
CDMA now has CDMA2000 version wheras GSM
has moved upto EDGE.
