Is there any chance of seeing a peacefull world in this life?

World is facing full of problems and all sorts of problems started coming these day's and human beings hhave started extracting each one's and hatred towards each other has increased maximum.Where are the good old day's, which everyone are missing now? can we get back those day's again where world lives in peace? will it be possible in this life time?

no, we can never see those days again, nor will the generations to come see it. it is the bitter truth. no matter how hard we try, terror, corruption, dishonesty, fraud is increasing exponentially. today, we have to save ourself from all these. there is not one single place on earth where we can say that these things dont exist. so ultimately, it is our destiny, those who are destined to live, will survive, others will perish under these evils.

I agree with pix, nothing but change is permanent i this world and what has gone is gone forever, ir wont come back. There' sa famous quote that moving finger writes and having writtren moves on ; not all your tears can wipe a single letter from it. Its same with the world's fate too, what had happened was a past and its up to us to take whatever we want to the futuree and leacve the rest behind.

You cannot say anything with 100% for sure and who know's world might get alright by itself and peace might come back again but, how..is the million dollar question as for now, it looks like hatred towards each other are increasing too much
and even troubles are increasing ...so, i believe more than alimit is bad..so, might be some solution might come here

No..mansha you are quoting it wrong..."Nothing is permanent here as each and evrything changes" and now the world is not living at peace and so for this statement to come true, it has to diver from troublesome world to peacefull world isn't it? don't you think so...?

Maybe if everyone else would look at themselves and see what is wrong inside, their behavior towards each other, and ready to change themselves for the sake of world peace, perhaps people will stop fighting and life would be better for all of us.

Yes, if everybody follows what you said, thensolution will come automatically isn't it? everybody seems to be contributing in some way to this disturbing world and it's nice way of thinking to make a start for a peacefull world and as you said, life might become better for sure..

Yes, all are hoping for a peacefull world isn't it? how nice it might be if everybody loves each other and world wil live at peace again ....world was not like this as many years ago and as nothing is permanent, even the world which was living peacefully started getting worse and will that statement hole good again now a sworld is getting worst...will itturn back to peace again....!

Interesting point you make, everybody loves the idea of a peaceful world. But will if ever happen, I don't think so...
I remember, one of the reasons I used to love the series 'Star Trek' was because, the author envisaged a technically very advanced earth, yet it was a place totally at peace, devoid of money, devoid of poverty, devoid of hunger, devoid of personal rivalry...
Now if I think back, that notation of a peaceful earth was and will always be just fiction. We are people with all our petty differences, petty egos, petty quarrels... we can never have a totally peaceful world.... ever.

You cannotsay will never happen as world lives with hope and you and i live with hope and also nothing is parmanent here as each and everythings keeps on changing at regular intervals and now the world is also full of troubles and it is effecting each and everybody here.So, there might be some changes in coming years is our hope and how many years it might take for the peace, god only knows but peace might come back and if we cannot find way's to find peace, it might also happen automatically......let's just wait and see....hope for the best.....

Peace comes and goes, as wars do. We have our time for one, then it passes and then we have our time for the other. However war is constant, we may not know of it, if it's not of our own interest, but war seems to have gone on some where even during our own peaceful times. I just focus on the positives until our time passes and we have peace again, for a bit anyway.

Yes, everything changes and hope that these disturbances around the world also ends soon.We are seeing hatred among people and they are trying to put each one down and that is why we see wars, terrorist attacks and that too with most soffosticated and distructive weapons and that is bad.So, world might change from here to turn back to peace and might be some people all around the world takes the initiative and others respond well.....

You are also repeating the same lines as kategwen said and it does makes sense also.But, really difficlut for everybody to follow these many things for sure isn't it? all are not thinking in teh same way and it is not possible to make them think alike also..don't you think so?
