when do you feel the time is running too slow and wish if it does go faster ? when do you feel the time is running too fast and you wish if it does go slower? thanks for your time

i want to tell you, when my football team win by one gool only i feel that time is move tooooooooo slow and when my time lose by one goal i feel that time is going fasssssst
