We know people of different ages can all benefit from physical exercise. So do you take exercise regularly? What kind of exercise do you take? Thanks for sharing.

Two weeks ago I started working out and so far I have done it every day. I start the day with stretching, then I do about 30 minutes of dance. After that I do 5 minutes of tae bo. I let myself cool down a bit and start doing things like push ups, crunches, lunges, ect. I lost 2 1/2 pounds last week! The most important thing is that I feel so much better. I wake up in the morning with a ton of energy!

I walk a mile a day on my treadmill or outdoors if weather permits. I used to walk 2-3 miles but had a foot injury and I am recovering very slowly. I also do some workouts with hand-held weights to develop arm, back, neck and body core strength.
