Life?

Yes, why not? Because helping others with unknown identity, strangers is self sacrifice and a good act of kindness, charity. As they say Charity begins at home therefore it should be spread out in a wider horizon not focusing whom you gonna help. It's a heart warming attitude toward mankind. If I have a lot of money why do I have to spend it on expensive travels, luxuries I would rather share it to poor people to uplift their living, to lengthen their lives.

I like that question and this might sound like a simple answer but yes and all the time. I think and feel that everything I do at home, at work and everywhere else does change the peoples lives that I am in contact with. It is the little things in that count and trickle up, down and lateral all the time. I can't give someone a million dollars and I can't devote all my time to help any one individual. I just can't do that because I don't have the money or time to devote like that. However, every time I treat someone nice or try to help them in the little ways that I can is a large as those dreams of changing the world. I do believe a butterfly can start a hurricane and that every action has a reaction. Like I said it sounds kind of simple but I think I do a lot for people I don't know every single day! Why would be that I'm selfish and think I gain from every time I give.

I would help by poor neighbours or my poor relatives if I could help someone help change their lives instead of helping some stranger whom I don't know.
