Do yo have the urge to something stupid when..............

This a silly question but i must say there are many of us that have felt like it - doing crazy things when nobody is loking! well quiet many times i have felp the urge, of doing (and also did) something stupid when i'am at a publick place and nobody is looking at me :D

hey friend.. can u please clear out what you want to say? what 'stupid thing' do you mean? how can someone not look anyone in a public place?
