Bush increasing size of military.Would this be an effective strategy,Why ?

There has been much debate about U.S troop levels in iraq.Now president george bush wants to increase the size of military so it can fight a long-term war against terrorism.Do u people agree this strategy will work as an effective strategy against terrorism.Why or Why not?

i dont think by increasin gthe size of the miltery willl help as he can spend it on some good couse

This is important if any country have to dominate for his favour.atually some time we also need power to say truth,not always.so increasing size is good.i think so.

I do not think spending billions of dollars on military expenditure is ever going to curb terrorism. They should instead invest in intelligence services to locate the hideouts of terrorists and their training camps. Only then, the military power can be used.
