are you happy with your height?

No Im not :x I verry short heighted, Im 5'6 I dont know why :( but I really want to increase my height. Can you kindly help me in this regard? I've prefered many exercise many things by diffrent peoples but it woudn't help me enough to increase my height. Kindly help me in increasing my height!

Height actually depends upon a hormone (I forgot the name) which helps up to grow taller. We grow till 20 approx and after that the excretion of this hormone stops. If we start taking these hormone externally then we actually get distorted. Have u ever came across any one who got features like a gorilla... long hands, short body, big face etc etc... this is a result of that hormone. It also makes the human being infertile !! Hence the only option left to increase your height is do regular exercise under the guidance of some supervisor !! Thats the only option to increase you height and at the same time remaining so sweet !!

YEAH DEAR I luv 2 increase my hjeight by 1 inch as i'm now 5 11 to make it 6feet..but i'm content wd my height !

I think i am happy with my height but not so happy.can you tell your age then i can say that u can grow or not.My height is 5'8".I think its enough.what you will tell about this.

Possibly.... wearing Height increasers may help a bit.... But yoga's the best way to increase ur height till the age of 20-22..!!!! But after 22 ...... It's impossible....!!! so good luck......!!!

i am very happy with my height, i am 6'feet tall. what more can u expect from god. it is good to have a great height but we should not boast of it and make fun of short heighted people
