It's definitely because of love. It's not actually martyrdom. It's just being submissive. Because it says in the bible that the wives should submit themselves to their husbands. Or be submissive. And the husbands should love and respect his wife. That's the key to a lasting relationship. And as long as the husbands doesn't abuse their wives, I don't see anything wrong with being submissive.

We can say that to own our own love we can martyr the enemy of our love but wife dont martyr anyone because they are afraid of being alone. Its just because they also care for their loves as we do.

Martyrdom isn't love at all, it's fear. They are afraid of the men thay have married, and those men have made them afraid to be alone. Women who are martyrs have had their spirits crushed by the men they are married to, and this is what has made them the way they are. I saw the same thing happen to my mother, and I am determined that it won't happen to me.

because of love, they're still hoping... sometimes because of their children they dont want to have broken family... there are so many reasons sometimes hard to understand but that's love...
