Are you computer literate?

Yes I am. I've been using the Computer and the Internet since 1988, I am not an expert on something but Im a well experienced Computer/Internet user.

I think I am enough literate in computers. I was working as a professional CAD consultent in various automobile companies, even abroad. I also know autolisp and "C" languages. I started my computers first lesson at the age of 39 years. I took quite a good command over four major CAD softwares in a little time span of three years. Am I correct in saying "literate"?
