Head in a Sharks Mouth & Survived

An abalone diver here in a Australia was taken by the head and up to his torso by a great white shark. What is most remarkable is that he escaped with some lacerations and, I imagine, shock. It is a miracle he survived. While there has been some very unfortunate shark attacks where people have been killed it seems we aren't the prey that great whites are really looking for. In this case the shark wasn't killed and this case seems to support not killing them in the future. What do you think.
